El lugar al que fuimos se llama Salomón, queda en medio de la montaña, se llama Salomón, rodeado de mucha vegetación, y grandes montañas, cultivos de rosas, con un clima de brisa y frío de unos 16 grados centígrados. Allí suele verse la neblina en el amanecer y el anochecer, al igual si hay mucha lluvia puede llegar a nublarse todo el lugar.
Tuvimos suerte que estaba soleado, aunque hacía frío el sol permitía disfrutar más el lugar. Salimos desde las Vegas de táriba y tardamos unos 20 minutos en llegar. Pasamos por Cordero un lindo pueblito tachirense con una economía movida. Lo más bonito del recorrido son los paisajes.
Llegamos a Salomón y allí nos bajamos en un lindo restaurant, dónde venden comida típica, es una parada para viajeros, ciclistas y cualquier persona que decida pasar un día diferente. Yo tuve la fortuna de ir con mi novio, con quién estoy disfrutando un romance, y hasta diría tener una linda familia pues ya compartimos como tal. Los detalles se los dejo para otro post. En este restaurante ustedes pueden pedir deliciosos desayunos, almuerzos, cenas, y bebidas típicas. Yo tenía años deseando ir a comer allá. Desde hace unos 3 años que fui a un taller y me comí los más deliciosos pasteles andinos que había probado en mi vida. Tuve años con estos antojos, pase incluso por allí y nunca hice la parada para deleitarme de nuevo con estos ricos pasteles.
Llegamos directo a cumplir mi sueño de probar estos pasteles, pedimos de pollo, carne y queso con bocadillo, y delicioso todo caliente ( chocolate en polvo con leche) y a comer se ha dicho. Estaban muy ricos, el relleno sabroso, el pollo muy bien aliñado, pero yo iba por unos pasteles con una masa crocante, con un sabor único. No los encontré, bueno no todo podía ser perfecto, sin embargo fue una linda experiencia.
En Venezuela tenemos una hermosa geografía, vegetación, delicioso clima. Viajar y salir a disfrutar se puede hacer con poco presupuesto, qué se necesita: un vehículo para trasladarse, o se puede agarrar un autobús y también sería una super aventura, también tener la disposición y ganas de salir de tu casa.
Totalmente recomendado este recorrido, espero que si vienen al Táchira no dejen de visitar estos lindos pueblos. Muchas gracias por leerme.

Hello dear community, today I want to share with you part of my Sunday. I am a lover of nature, of enjoying our small towns, of the geographic beauty that we have in the state of Táchira. It had been a while since the last time I went to the copper.
The place we went to is called Salomon, it is in the middle of the mountain, it is called Salomon, surrounded by lots of vegetation, and large mountains, rose crops, with a breezy and cold climate of about 16 degrees Celsius. There you can usually see the fog at dawn and dusk, as well as if there is a lot of rain can become cloudy all over the place.
We were lucky that it was sunny, although it was cold the sun allowed us to enjoy the place more. We left from Las Vegas de Táriba and it took us about 20 minutes to get there. We passed through Cordero, a nice little town in Tachira with a lively economy. The most beautiful part of the trip is the scenery.
We arrived in Salomón and there we got off at a nice restaurant, where they sell typical food, it is a stop for travelers, cyclists and anyone who decides to spend a different day. I was fortunate to go with my boyfriend, with whom I am enjoying a romance, and I would even say we have a nice family since we already share as such. I’ll leave the details for another post. Let’s continue with the nice walk.
In this restaurant you can order delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and typical drinks. I had been wanting to eat there for years. Since about 3 years ago I went to a workshop and ate the most delicious Andean pastries I had ever tasted in my life. I had years with these cravings, I even passed by there and never made the stop to delight myself again with these rich pastries.
We came straight to fulfill my dream of trying these cakes, we ordered chicken, beef and cheese with sandwich, and delicious all hot (chocolate powder with milk) and eat was said. They were very rich, the filling was tasty, the chicken very well seasoned, but I was looking for some pies with a crunchy dough, with a unique flavor. I did not find them, well not everything could be perfect, however it was a nice experience.
In Venezuela we have a beautiful geography, vegetation, delicious weather. Traveling and going out to enjoy can be done with little budget, what you need: a vehicle to move, or you can take a bus and it would also be a super adventure, also have the willingness and desire to leave your home.
