Hello everyone,
I'm very glad to share with you how my day went and the quality point that defined it. Please sit tight and enjoy the ride.
Morning
I woke up around 6:14 am. Since little bit dark in my room, I read my Bible and a bible booklet that explains a bible topic per day. Having such a spiritual upliftment brings a lot of gains because it's shapens how one look at thing that daily. Many a times, one needs to be patient to see the goodness of the day. After meditating on those Bible points, I prayed for God's blessings, protection and provision.
Had some push -up exercise to keep my shape. I heard that Ladies loves guys that have nice physique. Quote me wrong, hahaha. But I did it to promote my health since physical exercise promote healthy living. I'm Alive!
I took my bath, wear my clothes and get ready to leave my home but I planned my day. How will I get to my shop and the goods to be sold!
At the Shop
When I get to my shop, sweep the surrounding and arrange my wares for my customers. I keep attending to them towards the afternoon.
Afternoon
Since the new year is still folding up, the number of customers is not much but I keep strong faith. Something struck me! Can I really make a little cash to added up to get some new stocks? The money is still much but there is low sales. I encouraged myself with kind words to avoid depression. Some of my friends came, we chatted through as I keep attending to customers also.
Later in the day, I checked my box and found out that money keep increasing, so I become very happy. I smiled to my customers and make them happy too. I knew many of them very well because I always engage in meaningful conversation with them. They feel free with me and ready to share their problem with me. They see me as their friend which is more important than "seller to buyer" kind of relationship.
Profits comes from turn-over
However, with time, when the money is complete, I went to the market and get the new stocks. Updating the shop with new stock is very important because the goods will be readily available for the customers. The number of Turn-overs shows how often the goods finished and determines how much profits is made. Any package sold have its own profits so the cumulative of all the packages sold increases the profits and profit is the reward for sales.
Evening
In the evening, the number of customers increased because many of them are free from their own entanglements and needs groceries to prepare their foods. I attended to them with cheerful mood although some of them are troublesome. When it get very late, I locked up my shop and went home.
Conclusion
There is this Igbo proverb, that says: "One can't know the outcome of event when it never started". This sayings is true and energies us all. You should not conclude so fast that things will not be well with you. Those that concludes so fast, often get depressed and lose hope. They are not patient enough to know the full details. When the sales was very low in the morning, this sayings keeps my hope alive and later in the day, the new stocks was bought and now in my shop because I did not lose hope. I was determined and focus with cheerful smiles. Please never you lose hope. Be alive!!!
