Today is Saturday, October 23rd and I am happy to be alive.
Our Calamondin (mini citrus) tree is loaded with fruit which are starting to get ripe. I will soon have many of them to eat or add to salads or to drinks.
The fruit is about 1 inch in size so small compared to an orange or lemon. The peel is paper thin and comes off very easily. I look forward to eating them. This is the first year we have had the plant and it will be the first big harvest from the tree.
Does anyone have any suggestions regarding recipes for drinks or eating?
