Hi everyone! I have further increased my delegations. It is now about 1460 HP. This time I made some changes again to the accounts I have chosen. Let's start, as usual, and let's see the results together!

New in this update:

1 new entry and 1 left this time.
The list currently includes 10 different accounts.
I have increased the value of some delegations again, now the total delegated is about 1460 HP.

What is this post for?

I thought it was interesting to share with you what I am doing here on Hive regarding the delegation of HP (Hive Power) with the aim of receiving daily or weekly rewards.

I am currently delegating these accounts and all of them will be used in this experimental analysis:

I am not involved with any of the accounts or projects to whom I have delegated, so consider my report as an independent way to analyze them or to verify their profitability.

Here is some information on each account and on the rewards that are distributed, also in brackets the total value of HP managed through delegations:

brofi (+400k HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid BRO token.
Only works if you use at least about 30 HP.
dhedge (+20k HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid DHEDGE token.
ecency (+1M HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid Hive.
(P) Daily payout in ecency points, useful only if you regularly post quality content and use an ecency interface to use your points, as they cannot currently be used and sold on the Hive Engine market. I looked at it as if I used all the points in the boost tool.
I've added ecency twice so you can check the results with or without points.
helios.voter (+150k HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid HELIOS token.
hiveupme (+50k HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid UPME token and liquid VAULT token and liquid WINEX token.
leo.voter (+2M HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid LEO token.
lolzbot (+5k HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid LOLZ token.
pgm-curator (+15k HP managed)
(D) Daily payout in liquid Hive.
(W) Weekly payout in liquid PGM token.
ua-promoter (+150k HP managed)
(W) Weekly payout in liquid Hive and liquid UAP token.
youarealive (+15k HP managed)
(W) Weekly payout in liquid ALIVE token.

Others I've tried but aren't currently on my list:
actifit, curangel, dustsweeper, hodlcommunity, steembasicincome, tipu, wrestorgonline.

And finally here are the results for the last 7 days:

Some tokens are undergoing significant changes in value but the overall result is not that bad. I plan to continue to increase my delegations even more.

If you like what I do please leave a comment. You can also suggest other accounts to delegate to add them to my list. I will be the only one to decide, however, if it is worth adding them based on my personal considerations.

hi @bombus I have one question maybe you can solve this for me

rather than increase the HP delegation, I find that deleting a delegation first then after it's over redelegate again with higher / intended new HP is a better path rather than modify the hP delegation directly. because if we modify delegation, our HP is gone first from our possesion but it needs 7 days before the target receives it first.

could you guide me, whether is it true or not (maybe I read a wrong signal/result) ?

Why do you think that it needs 7 days before the target receives it? For what I know the delegation works immediately when you start or increase it. However cooldown is active for undelegations

when I increased delegation, OCDB, PGM-curator, and psyberx needed 7 days to adjust their daily rewards

Ah ok. This is not a problem of the delegation in my opinion, but their choice. They probably pay for the curator's profits and prefer to wait 7 days before paying for the increment. I do not agree with this choice. Other accounts I delegate don't do this way and change their daily payout immediately.

In my case it was not immediately. I delegated 50 HP to bro and up to 3 or 4 days there was no response, same with few others I can't remember. Only ecency, india united, hodlcommunty, leo.voter hiveup was immediately. So I quickly undelegate my HP.

Thanks for sharing it. The delegation works immediately but it is up to the individual accounts to pay immediately or not

how do I delegate to Ecency with or without points ? are they two separate accounts ?

No, it's the same account. But to see and use the points you necessarily need an ecency interface. I use the app on the play store. If you don't do this, it will seem like you didn't receive them because there is no trace on hive or hive-engine 😉

The result is very fluctuating. I try to understand if there is hope that they will increase or if it is appropriate to keep them even if they are low. Sometimes APR is not the only important thing

These are some great stats you've shown us here for someone looking where to delegate HP for a better returns!
Didn't expect that ecency have the highest APR thanks to ecency points!
As for Hiveupme, I'm using UPME tokens (burning) for upvotes on my posts.
