Choosedays are for chicken dishes. I'm not into fancy dishes as I like simple and easy to prepare. Since we ran out of garlic powder and honey, I had to search for another recipe that requires ingredients we already have on hand. A-ha! I was glad to have found ginger lime chicken recipe. Well, it's my version of it anyway.
Bottom left photo was when I marinated the chicken with mayonnaise, lime (I used calamansi, our local lemon), and ginger powder. I chilled it for a while when I prepped the kitties' dinner and fed them first. Then, it's cooking time for hoomans this time. LOL! I don't fancy medium rare, so you'll find these well-cooked. Thankfully, they just looked brown but not burnt. 😋😝
