I don't like seeing people in pains, especially when it comes to something you will have to suffer for a lifetime.
Why are people born blind?
Why do people suffer from a long term sickness? Like sickness without cure.
I was on a social media page yesterday, I saw pictures of little children suffering from sickness I haven't seen or heard of before.
One had a very big swollen stomach, her hands and legs thin.
I thought it was a kind of kwashiorkor, but it wasn't.
It looked so different though kwashiorkor is a sickness I detest too.
Looking at the picture of the baby the stomach must be a very big load to carry, a child that is not upto 10 years.
Heard she is 7 years old, and has been suffering from the disease for 4 years now.
So, she only had just 3 normal years of her life.
They said she went for a surgery last year and after the surgery came a much bigger stomach.
Like how?
I really don't understand, does this really happen.
What a sad life.....
I knew someone that was blind from birth, growing up she developed breast cancer.
She couldn't survive it as she died in pains.
That was her life, a sad life.
Though she was happy to the extent I could tell myself to always be grateful and be happy too because I saw I lacked nothing compared to her life.
That brings me to this week's #queercoin topic questions.
“What if”
What if you had a superpower?
What would it be? Why would you want to have the superpower? What would you do if you had that superpower? Would you be a hero, villain or anti-hero?
I would love to have healing superpower.
Having this superpower will help me ease people of the pains of sickness, especially those inborn errors.
Thanks for reading.
