Thanks for the tutorial, Steve!

Making an optional comment is an important one I think. Most of the tip tokens leave a comment after placing the command. So that you receivers are aware about the senders actions. But, who aren't on Ecency, I think they won't notice the tip unless we inform them via a comment.
