Super League Weekend One

macfit in MAcFiT • last year

Hello players and fans,

The first weekend of the 12th Super League edition is over. A short one - just two days as a warm-up. It was combined with qualifiers. There had been 6 slots available, but only 4 players took part in the qualifications. Therefore, all participants are in. This includes of course the 20 automatically qualified players.

After the first weekend, 18 best players remain and will compete in Weekend Two (4 days, Fri thru Mon).

Weekend One

24 players participated in Weekend One. Actually 23, as @ph1102.ctp didn't show activity and has been therefore disqualified (no ranking points and no share in the award pool either).

The following players end their play here. Still, they will have a share in the prize pool and will get ranking points:

Advancing to Weekend Two:

The leaders are @bucipuci, @manuvert, @ptaku and @flaxz, with @merthin and @new.things closely behind. You can always see the standings online.

Weekend Two will be played over FOUR days and after it the 6 players with the lowest total score will be eliminated. As last season, the scores from previous round will be decreased by 20%. Meaning - a good performance over the Christmas period can turn the table upside down.

~~Weekend 1**: Fri-Sat, **Dec 16-17~~

Weekend 2: Fri-Mon, Dec 23-26 (Christmas)

Weekend 3: Fri-Mon, Dec 30-Jan 2 (New Year)

Weekend 4: Fri-Mon, Jan 6-9 (Holidays in some regions)

Final Four: Fri-Sat, Jan 13-14

Note: Weekend One and Final Four are played over 2 days (Fri and Sat), whereas Weekends 2-4 are played over 4 days (Fri thru Mon).

@danmaruschak - 4% (Winner of Super League in Season 11)
@davidxxl - 2% (Winner of Consolation Cup in Season 11)

In addition:

@actifit - 2% (sponsor)
@aliveprojects - 2% (sponsor)
@merthin - 5% (admin)

Total: 15%

85% of the HBD collected via upvotes/tips will make up the Season 12 Award Pool.

I wish I could travel more in Europe, but except maybe a very short detour in Switzerland, I will stay in France with family. It's a very nice region though, close to the Alps, where I am sure I will go at least a couple of days.

Wow this means the treshold was 24 000 steps?! OMG this amount I'm reaching only on days when I go biking and do other things that same day. 20K is a lot... even if I would count my steps that are not being count when I'm running. Thanks anyway to let me participate and let's hope in the next round I'm just having one (or two) of these days on which I've got lots of steps...
