Hello and welcome to the "Cycling around Israel". I enjoy exploring my country by photowalking and photocycling
Today in the early morning hours I took my bicycle to explore the region around the town of Rehovot.
On my way, while cycling on the outskirts of the "Rehovot Ha-Holandit" neighborhood, I saw something weird on the side if the road. I came closer to investigate and found three 3m concrete statues made in Moai style. If you want to know more about Moai visit Wikipedia. The statues face the town with fields at their back.
A very weird and wonderful find.
