A little peek through the branches...

The gorgeous sky

A bit more of the place

Some more green

And more...

Sometime ago, we were in the city mall for a little date.
Really?? someone butted in with a raised eyebrow.
Yep. Why the eyebrows?
Nothin'
That was just me and my alter ego conversing, lol! But yeah, we were there for my appointment with the Foreign Affairs. That errand didn't take long and I was done before midday. The husband then suggested we'd go up to the Sky Terrace located at the mall's roof top. We have not been there since it opened and I thought it would be nice to see how it is.
To go there, we took one of the escalators.
A garden shop met our eyes as we arrived.

Turned left and we see these too.

Looks good already! So we walked further and out of that canopy and this welcomed our eyes.
A few more steps, we looked back to take a shot of where we entered. Some people enjoy the shade whilst we wanted some sunshine.
And I had to find something to sit on for a while as my leg felt numb with just that very short of a walk. (Got some issues with my legs).
Anyway, we found one (like that lady is sitting on) and had my wee break as I took more photos. The husband went on to his own adventure towards the edge of the terrace.

The sky is gorgeous!

Went for a closer look of the fountain after my leg break.
I then followed the husband towards the signage. Saw this couple going for a photo opp. The guy motioning to his partner "go there, sit there," to which she willingly obliged.
Soon as she sat there, I got this click. I love the view of the hill behind that humongous signage. And of course, the sky above it too. It was a lovely Friday mid-morning.
I found the husband and we stood by the railings and enjoyed the city scape (will be sharing more photos of it on another day).
Some monstera and other green plants lined up behind the railings.

Then we looked back for these shots.
And let me include these shots which the husband captured before I joined him.

These guys looked like they were working on something. Might be a kiddie party coming up, I'm not really sure.
We then strolled towards the west side of the terrace. It is to say that the atmosphere up in that sky garden is quite nice. With less people coming and going, it's pretty relaxing and feels more laid back.
And there's another fountain.
They have a mini play area too and we noticed a few kids having fun. Some adults seem to enjoy sitting on the grass.
We walked past the play area found something to sit on for a while. The legs need another break. Please forgive the hubby for this not-so-demure yet amusing shot.😂
After some 10 minutes there, we decided it's time to go for lunch. Just some more shots before we left.
I think the terrace is quiet enough that this man was able to take some snooze time while there.
And there ended our little adventure at the Sky Garden/Terrace.
