Greetings to everyone in the #HIVE, #ALIVE and #ProofofBrain community, thank you for always being there, and thank you for the opportunity to post on this growing platform. Today I continue with my #29 challenge, and begin to celebrate the joy of being alive.

Saludos a todos en la comunidad #HIVE, #ALIVE y #ProofofBrain, gracias por estar siempre presente, y de igual manera agradezco la oportunidad al poder publicar en esta plataforma en crecimiento. Hoy continuo con mi reto #29, y empiezo a celebrar la alegría de estar vivo.


He who gets tired loses, is an advice that we usually hear from older people when they believe that we are giving up our goals, or also when they observe that we are not resting properly from our daily, work or academic activities, always accompanied by an advice, in many occasions we want to obtain immediate results, and that usually leads us to the point of getting tired and giving up, or also in making more effort than we should and causing us discomfort in our general condition, even affecting our health by conditions such as stress, which in turn ends up causing us major problems.

El que se cansa pierde, es un consejo que solemos escuchar siempre de las personas mayores cuando creen que estamos desistiendo de nuestras metas, o también cuando observan que no estamos descansando adecuadamente de nuestras actividades cotidianas, laborales, o académicas, acompañado siempre de un consejo, en muchas ocasiones queremos obtener resultados inmediatos, y eso generalmente nos lleva al punto de cansarnos y desistir, o también en esforzarnos más de lo que debemos y ocasionarnos molestias en nuestro estado general, incluso afectando nuestra salud por afecciones como el stress, el cual a su vez termina por causarnos problemas mayores.


Sometimes when we set goals we do not evaluate our possibilities, and that sometimes leads to the failure of our plans, we are not always able to perform certain activities or work in certain areas, and as a result we end up overexerting ourselves, that is why before starting to perform an activity if we want to get good results or even compete, we must be clear about how our performance may be during the course of the same.

A veces cuando nos fijamos metas no evaluamos antes nuestras posibilidades, y eso lleva consigo a veces al fracaso de nuestros planes, no siempre estamos capacitados para desempeñar ciertas actividades o laborar en ciertas áreas, y como consecuencia terminamos esforzándonos más de la cuenta, es por ello que antes de comenzar a realizar una actividad si queremos obtener buenos resultados o incluso competir, debemos estar bien claros como puede ser nuestro desempeño durante el transcurso de las mismas.


Sports and work activities of physical performance bring with them the exhaustion and tiredness of our body, on the contrary, when the activity has a certain intellectual connotation the exhaustion will be mental, both types can cause stress, and attack different organs due to the nature that triggers it, of course we recover from physical fatigue by sleeping well the right hours a day, however, sometimes mental exhaustion is more difficult to recover from.

Las actividades deportivas y laborales de desempeño físico traen consigo el agotamiento y el cansancio de nuestro cuerpo, al contrario, cuando la actividad tiene cierta connotación intelectual el agotamiento será mental, ambos tipos pueden causar stress, y atacar diferentes órganos debido a la naturaleza que lo desencadena, claro está del cansancio físico nos recuperamos con dormir bien las horas adecuadas al día, sin embargo, a veces del agotamiento mental es más difícil de recuperarse.


To recover the state of health when physical or mental exhaustion has affected our body, there are several therapies and treatments, and these will be indicated according to the severity of the case by a specialist in the area, having a wide range of alternatives and possibilities, as well as different specialists depending on what the condition is.

Para recuperar el estado de salud cuando el agotamiento físico o mental ha afectado nuestro organismo, existen diversas terapias y tratamientos, y estas serán indicadas de acuerdo a la gravedad del caso por un especialista en el área, habiendo una amplia gama de alternativas, y posibilidades, así como distintos especialistas dependiendo de cuál sea la afección.


That is why we must adapt our lifestyles and habits to the activities we perform in order to safeguard our state of health, and thus maintain balance in our lives to ensure the enjoyment of a better future.

Es por eso que debemos adaptar nuestro tren de vida y nuestros hábitos a las actividades que desempeñemos para poder resguardar nuestro estado de salud, y así mantener el equilibrio en nuestras vidas para asegurarnos el disfrute de un mejor futuro.


In conclusion, it is always good to set goals and achieve our objectives, but we must not allow our plans to affect our body and mind, so that we can enjoy the fruits of our labor in a healthy way and with our loved ones. Remember that he who gets tired loses.

En conclusión, siempre es bueno forjarnos metas, y cumplir con nuestros objetivos, pero no debemos permitir que nuestros planes afecten nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente, para poder disfrutar del fruto de nuestro trabajo sanamente y junto a nuestros seres queridos. Recuerde que el que se cansa pierde.
