This day has started wonderfully, bright sunshiny! And so I went in the garden to water the plants, then my way led me to the raspberry plants. It's so awesome, every day a few new delicious fruits are ripe. It was also starting to get very hot and humid, so fresh fruit is also the best on days like this.
It all took a little longer, but finally I was back at the home office to attend to my new task on Monday, the post for the #ecencydiscord weekly posting topic.
Now I haven't been doing this for very long and I clearly still lack the routine in creating this post. So I had expected to do it in about an hour.
But I didn't take into account that I'm reporting about the We Are Alive Tribe for this week and that I didn't quite understood the one or the other detail yet. Almost 3 hours later, he was finally ready:
After that I actually wanted to do some of my "normal office work", but again it turned out differently than expected! A thunderstorm moved up, so first again in the garden and on the terrace to safe the umbrellas etc. But then, what no garden owner wants: Hail ! I could quickly pull the Margarithe back to the house wall and it started with the hail.
What I didn't know was that my parents were on their way out on the other end of the house to cover the pool with the tarp! In the hail!
My dad suffered a small laceration to the head (not bad but still stupid) and the pool they could not save after all, because the upper air ring was shredded by the hail.
So I spent again unplanned time to secure the pool edge somehow, so that the thousands of liters of water do not pour into the garden at once.
On top of the day, I had overlooked while running in the garden that my phone still hangs on the charging cable.....
It can still be charged, but I urgently need to buy a new cable, because I do not quite trust the thing, could break and stick in the phone?
The damage to the plants was not very large. I took only a few photos on the terrace, made the garden tour WITHOUT cell phone, these photos will follow tomorrow.
That was an (almost) normal day in the life of Beeber ;-) But what always fascinates me, on these chaos days with minor emergencies I always feel particularly alive and full of energy. May be due to the adrenaline?

Pläne, und was das Leben daraus macht
Dieser Tag hat wundervoll begonnen, strahlender Sonnenschein! Und so war ich erst einmal im Garten, um die Pflanzen zu gießen, danach führte mich mein Weg zu den Himbeerpflanzen. Es ist so genial, jeden Tag sind ein paar neue leckere Früchte reif. Es wurde langsam auch sehr heiß und schwül, somit sind frische Früchte auch das Beste an solchen Tagen.
Das hat alles ein wenig länger gedauert, doch endlich war ich zurück im Home Office, um mich meiner neuen Aufgabe am Montag zu kümmern, dem Post für das #ecencydiscord weekly posting topic.
Nun mache ich das noch nicht sehr lange und mir fehlt eindeutig noch die Routine im Erstellen dieses Postings. Gerechnet hatte ich also mit in etwa einer Stunde.
Nicht berücksichtigt hatte ich allerdings, dass ich für diese Woche ja über den We Are Alive Tribe berichte und, dass ich das ein oder andere Detail noch nicht ganz verstanden hatte. Fast 3 Stunden später war er dann endlich fertig:
Danach wollte ich eigentlich etwas von meinen "normalen Büroarbeiten" machen, aber wieder kam es anders als erwartet! Ein Gewitter zog auf, also erst mal wieder in den Garten und auf die Terrasse, um Schirme etc in Sicherheit zu bringen. Doch dann, das was sich kein Gartenbesitzer wünscht: Hagel ! Ich konnte noch schnell die Margarithe zurück zur Hauswand ziehen und schon ging es los mit dem Hagel.
Was ich nicht wusste war, dass meine Eltern am anderen Ende des Hauses auf dem Weg ins Freie waren um den Pool mit der Plane abzudecken! Im Hagel!
Mein Dad erlitt eine kleine Platzwunde am Kopf (nicht schlimm aber doch doof) und den Pool konnten sie doch nicht retten, denn der obere Luft Ring wurde vom Hagel zerfetzt.
Also verbrachte ich wieder ungeplante Zeit damit, den Pool Rand irgendwie zu sichern, damit sich die tausenden Liter Wasser nicht auf einmal in den Garten ergießen.
Obendrauf hatte ich beim Loslaufen in den Garten übersehen, dass mein Handy noch am Ladekabel hängt.....
Glück im Unglück. Es lässt sich noch laden, ich muss aber dringend ein neues Kabel kaufen, denn ich traue der Sache nicht so ganz. Es könnte doch abbrechen und der Rest im Handy bleiben?
Der Schaden an den Pflanzen war nicht sehr groß. Ich habe nur ein paar Fotos auf der Terrasse gemacht, den Gartenrundgang OHNE Handy gemacht, diese Fotos folgen morgen.
Das war ein (fast) ganz normaler Tag im Leben der Beeber ;-) Was mich aber immer wieder fasziniert, an diesen Chaos Tagen mit kleineren Notfällen fühle ich mich immer besonders lebendig und energiegeladen. Mag wohl am Adrenalin liegen?
