Yesterday i spent time with my family so i didn't post, in fact i switched everything off and caught up with things today.
Planning my week
Planning the week is tough when you are an active parent suffering from mental health issues.
But it is not impossible and as you can see i have been working on getting this all reduced i am on half this amount now.
Getting medication reduced is a nightmare because if you are improving they want to increase your medication.
You have to convince them that it is not just the medication that are helping and if you mention herbal medicines or personal development they are quick to try and debunk it.
"It is the medication Ben that is what is working."
Luckily i have a doctor that i have had years ago when i was not so good and because i have made improvements and reduced my medication he can not really argue.
I spent years listening to others on this and nothing was working, honestly it was loose my shit completely all over again or take control.

Re-do email series
Start planning and building a membership site to onboard people to Hive.
Also to work out when and where to have a local entrepreneur group.
I been looking at ways to buy Hive accounts the idea will be to create the accounts and load them with a crypto token pack so the user can start staking right away.
Along with this i will be providing video training on starting out on Hive using some tools already in place, i am just going to create some videos to add to it.
