#HiveisAlive, I thank God for the privilege He has given me and you to see this day and moment. Today being Monday has been a busy day as usual. It's usually seen as the first day of a working week. The essence of working is to help make ends meet and besides, whoever does not work will likely not eat.
#HiveisAlive, agradezco a Dios por el privilegio que me ha dado a mí y a ti de ver este día y este momento. Hoy siendo lunes ha sido un día ajetreado como de costumbre. Por lo general, se considera el primer día de una semana laboral. La esencia del trabajo es ayudar a llegar a fin de mes y, además, quien no trabaja probablemente no comerá.
The beauty of working is "Engagement". How do you feel when you work and you're not getting feedback for your inputs? What makes one or an organization grow to become more better, stronger and productive is due to the level of feedback from people or clients. This calls for us to learn how to appreciate people's work because no one possess the vaccination against being appreciated.
La belleza del trabajo es el "compromiso". ¿Cómo te sientes cuando trabajas y no recibes retroalimentación por tus aportes? Lo que hace que una organización crezca para ser mejor, más fuerte y productiva se debe al nivel de retroalimentación de las personas o los clientes. Esto nos exige aprender a apreciar el trabajo de las personas porque nadie posee la vacuna contra ser apreciado.
So, beside making your post, always learn to visit and engage with other authors post and
show appreciation as whatever you give around will definitely come around.

Be consistent in whatever you do and never give up your expectations as you never can tell who your major supporter will be next. Please keep thriving, stay safe, awesome and alive. Never give up the #IAAC.
