That's pretty sweet, I don't really like apples that much, unless they're green apples. Ironically, I really like apple sauce. I've made applesauce by hand with a knife, one of those mashing cooking hammers, and a sieve to take out the seeds or larger chunks of apples that haven't been properly smashed. I haven't made any in a few years. The last thing I made fresh was pineapple juice.
