Happy Chooseday 🎉 I hope you choose to be happy... always! 😊 Well, October is here. Funny, but I do associate it with spooky season. 😅 I guess in other parts of the world, it's also pumpkin season. 😆

Well, it's just another regular day for me. Chores, work, deliveries (o yes, I got three today). It's still a warm day (34C says my room temp reading). 😒 Every day I wish it were cooler ☔️❄️

Alive&Thriving Chooseday Thoughts

Alas, it's been ten months since my daughter left for Barcelona. Daily I pray that she copes with her new environment and situation. I do have my own set of challenges, being left alone and having to do chores, purchases, etc. I'd say I'm slowly adjusting to my current situation. It has been a learning experience. It's not easy, but I'm coping and I'd say quite growing. There are still lots of stuff I'd like to do by myself, but I'm taking my time for now. Slow and steady is the way to go. I'll get around to my goal of further decluttering. One day at a time... one step at a time. I tell myself that if I'm able to do one small thing every day, over time all those things will add up. 😁 What's important is I enjoy my journey. Time will pass. Change is constant. As long as I keep a positive attitude, I know everything will be just fine. 😉

Korean beef stew on my reheated rice. This ready to eat meal is so good. 😋 I'm glad I tried it out. I have enough leftovers to enjoy for tomorrow. This meal came from one of the deliveries I got today. I ordered it online last Sunday -- delivered within two days. I suppose that's fine, right? 😄

Oh boy, we're down to the last quarter of the year. It's time to reflect the happenings and challenges of my year. Hopefully too, I get to somehow plan well for the coming year. Just like last year, no expectations will be set, just reality and actually facing whatever comes my way. Que sera sera...

Tried this from a sampler pack I bought online (7 in 1 snack packs) -- pretty affordable as it's mostly new and unknown brands. It's pretty good and I'm happy with the buy. 😉 Quite a treat indeed!

Now the day has come to an end. Time for rest. Tomorrow is another day. Need to recharge for another day. I'm living life on a loop. I just manage to change the ingredients, so to speak. 🤣
