If you did not get a confirmation email it may have gone to your spam
If you can't locate the messages in Listnerds it is under tasks

What i mean is how to see the mail to read and the task to perform.

Once you have created the listnerds account login, go tasks then click on Read 10 emails
Then just click on any message to read them
