As to the token itself, 1000 BEE will make the token stakeable, it will not make a tribe with rewards pool out of it, for that you need Outposts which if I remember correctly is 2500 BEE in addition to the 1k to make it stakeable, make sure that you talk to the admins in the Hive-engine Discord for updated numbers.
