I'm sorry about the situation and sad condition of your nation's capital. The photo doesn't look too bad, but I'm sure the experience of being there is different. It seems the US is just about 5 - 10 years behind, we're trying to fight it, but how do we prevent this disaster? How to restore a nation back from the oppressive destroyers of civilization?
It is true, it is not that we are not so bad, but to be a country so rich in oil and minerals and with the power to exploit tourism, we are located in the tropics, with huge beaches with warm water and with many places to visit, we also "were" extremely friendly and helpful to all people, but everything changed, it really gives me a great sadness in what has become my country, the fault of a government that wants to stay in office destroying everything.
