The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.
Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚
Holy jumping fuckmuffins what a day! So yesterday I mentioned that I had reached the number 10 position in the Hive Engagement League and the number 1 position in the @ecency leaderboard for daily. Those are pretty notable and wonderful, and yet there's more!
Erik, @flaxz, had contacted me a few weeks ago to see if I'd be interested in becoming a comment moderator for @aliveandthriving. He's been a super busy bugger who has also been dealing with a sinus infection, so it took him a bit longer than expected, but he was finally able to get back to me today with the initial instructions on how I'll be doing what I'm supposed to be doing. We spent a good few hours going over things in Discord while I was up at the Flow House drinking my superfood fire coffee. He answered my many questions, and helped walk me through a few confusing spots. I was doing this, mind you, while I was also jumping back and forth between various other things on Hive. I was a tad overwhelmed, but also deeply focused and engaged. I know I'll adapt quickly and I'll soon be able to juggle all the various things that I am on Hive with skill and ease.
I didn't leave the Flow House today until 2PM, which is the latest so far, and I still didn't have everything on Hive done yet, but at least I was at a reasonably good spot to pause. My whole morning and early afternoon was devoted to Hive, so I was looking forward to balance it out with some work on the land.
My wishes were seemingly granted, as my first task was to help Ano and Jo(hana) carry two Melochia logs out of the area where we were clearing and tree planting, over to the side of Kana's house. One of these logs was much longer, heavier, and way more curved than the other. The terrain was pretty challenging and asymmetrical, but in the end we succeeded!
Once we had that done, Ano and I spent probably an hour extricating two very large tarps from under a large amount debris and plants that had grown over them. This was very dirty, messy, muddy, and challenging work, but we were finally able to liberate the two tarps from the jungle. One was in almost perfect condition, the other was in far worse shape, and would likely only be useful cut into smaller, less degraded, sections.
By the end of it we were both covered in dirt and mud, though I easily won that contest, as I was quite literally covered in mud from head to toe. We both felt really accomplished and satisfied with the work that we had done.
After cleaning up, I got a wheelbarrow and used it to carry two five-gallon buckets full of red cassava cuttings and six gallon-sized pots of poha berry to the other side of the property to plant. The poha berry went to in front of the Bedouin, where we'll plant them tomorrow, and the red cassava went to an old planting bed between the Shop and the Upper Coco Bar. Ryan, one of the new fellows who arrived just a few days ago, helped me clear, clean, and level the bed, and to plant the several cassava stem sections. By the end of it we had a nice new planting of cassava, which if everything goes well, will be harvestable in about four months.
Once we finished that task, I took a shower to clean off again, and then went to relax up at the Flow House again to dive back into Hive, which truly is like a career now.
The other super cool thing that happened today was that I received my very first payment of BCH from Noise.app, as SWAP.BCH in my Hive-Engine wallet! I've begun to post links to my Hive posts, with an image and a short description. With the receipt of my first payment, I'll definitely be giving more time and focus to Noise.app as it directly benefits me here on Hive! I absolutely love that!
My very first BCH payment from Noise.app!
The amount of SWAP.HIVE I received after selling the SWAP.BCH!
I went down to the Landing to make some food, which I brought back up to the Flow House to eat and sip (I also brought a jar of my kefir blended with honey, cinnamon, and cacao) as I write this post. So yeah, what a day on Hive and at GaiaYoga! So many exciting developments! I still have to put my class for the Immersion together, and soon!
OK my dear Hive friends, it's time for me to end this post now and go finish up my last Hive activities for tee night before bed. I'm so excited that I hope I can sleep! G'Night for now y'all! ¡Hasta mañana! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
