I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Today was another rainy, cloudy day that compelled me to remain mostly under cover. I did Hive and Arch Linux tasks from morning until just about 2PM, catching up and engaging on Hive, and getting through and finishing the last of the build-from-source updates on the Arch installation on my third hard drive (Arch3). At 2PM I went to help Ano clean the shop - a rather good thing to do on a rainy day. We worked at it for about two hours.

When we were done that, Ano went to get done food, and I poured out a new round of kefir, and used it in my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend. I also caught up on Hive for a bit. Around 4:30PM I helped Ano load his truck for market tomorrow.

With that completed, I made food for myself, then headed back to the Flow House to dive back into my Arch and Hive tasks, and go write and publish my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: The Reliability of Simplicity! post. Even with it raining on and off all day, I still got a fair bit done!

Although this post is quite short, I'm sleepy and it's past 11PM, so I'm going to wrap it up for now! I appreciate you all immensely! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thank you! On rainy days I often forget to take photos, though rainy-day photos are lovely too! I sleep well...sometimes! I still have a very curious relationship with sleep! It's getting better in the last month or so, which is awesome! Happy Tuesday! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thank you so much @treefrognada! I often forget to take photos when it's rainy and cloudy, but that's beautiful too! It it definitely a bit cooler, maybe slightly chilly, but still pretty comfortable! I went to sleep after 12:30PM last night, which is not ideal, but thankfully I did sleep well! On to another glorious day! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I always loved rainy days as a child. Nobody would force me to go out to play, so I could stay in my room and read all I wanted. And if I did go out, nobody would come chasing after me and make sure I didn't do anything "stupid." Like go on an expedition on my bicycle or hide under a fir with a pile of books instead of playing with the other kids. Or just stand still in the middle of the road and enjoy the downpour! :D

I love (a good balance) of rainy days too, for all the reasons you mentioned, and because my beloved plants love them (usually, unless it's too much)! Yes, I'm committed to posting at least twice per day, so even if I'm tired or sleepy, I'll always do my posts before bed. I slept pretty well last night, which is fantastic! Thank you!
