I'm grateful for today, it's been a good day and the weather has been good. I decided to take a stroll this evening to get some fruits- water melon, banana and oranges. These fruits contain a high amount of ascorbic acid (vit. C). It is responsible for rebuilding the body's immunity, wound healing and also has antioxidant properties which has the ability to eradicate toxins and radicals in the body. It is necessary for us to take fruits as they also have other constituents necessary for the body including potassium, magnesium, citric acid, carbohydrate, phenols etc. They are also very potent in a loss of weight therapy as they contain low amount of calories.
As it is said, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, we should normalize eating lots of fruits and vegetables, drink alot of water and resting well to stay alive and healthy.
