This microfiction story is for the prompt "clickety clack". It reminds me of a train moving along the rail. Also, it reminds me of individuals making sounds with their shoes. One such person is a tap dancer. However, the sounds made vary is that person doesn't know how to correctly tap the floos. I relate my experience of hearing such a person with ZAPFIC50 story that's told in exactly 50 words. The challenge was created by @felt.buzz.

Below is my story.
Devon rushed to finish his math assignment, but couldn't stop peering at his new Capezio tap dancing shoes.
He hated being a beginner.
"You sound horrible, like a train moaning over rail tracks." His sister's words stung.
"You're mean."
"No, just truthful. Listen to this."
Devon discontinued practicing at home.
