I am reading a book, an e-book 10X Unbreakable Entrepreneur by Grant Cardone.
And I am getting inspired. My positivity is mooning, going through the roof. I am going to highlight and expand on some of his writing.
The effort you need to put in Hive, your Hive business, because if you realize it or not, Hive is a business, and you should treat it as one. You are building and growing your Hive every day. You are engaging with people the same way you would with customers. You are growing relationships. All the same as building a brick and mortar or online business.
You must think BIG. No. Not just big, gigantic. 10X if I dare.
You must set giant goals. Ten times what you want to achieve. Then you must put in ten times the action that you think is needed to achieve those goals. Once you have the mindset and the action and you put it into practice you are going to blow yourself away with your results.
“Average is a failing formula” is another quote from Mr. Cardone. Let me tell you, and I can tell you from my experience here on Hive, Leo, CTPtalk, We Are Alive Tribe and many more. If you are coming to the blockchain and doing just enough to get by, thinking being average is going to get you places, get you upvotes, get you engagement, I hate to tell you more than likely you are going to fail. You are going to give it a shot, you are going to get fed up with your lack of progress. Then you are going to quit and move on.
You need to commit to being EXTRAORDINARY here on Hive and you will see the results.
There is an interesting thing about effort. It takes just as much effort to do little and it does to do a lot.
If you are on Hive for an hour, looking around, reading, putting out a post and everything you are doing is just average or below it will still take you that hour. If you set your mind that you are going to put forth extraordinary effort within that hour you are spending on Hive, then it should come as no surprise when you start seeing extraordinary efforts.
Once again, I can speak from experience. For over 3 and half years I have been blogging on Hive and never missing a day (pat myself on the back) I have gone from one extreme to the other. I have had my lazy days, weeks and maybe even months. Then I have my time when I go crazy with my enthusiasm and efforts. And you can guess the results I get with both ways of acting on Hive. And this all comes with the same amount of time.
Fear
I am going to wrap up this post by talking about fear. I have talked to many people on Hive that are afraid, they have fear, fear of what they are posting, fear that it is not going to be liked. That they are going to do well. Fear is a goal killer.
But if you don’t have fear you are not doing things correctly. Your goals are not set high enough. You need giant fear. But you must harness that fear. You must use it to do better, to work past it. Work harder, let it push you to the next level.
If you don’t have fear you are comfortable. And being comfortable in your efforts is mediocre. You will not excel.
Start putting in the efforts. Get rewarded. Starting thing big, start thinking the 10X mindset and be amazed at how Hive treats you.
I am Alive and Thriving
