Saturday comes around again, and this week, I played hockey against our local rivals, Team Bath Buccaneers. It was an away game up at Bath University, and following the last few weeks, we were optimistic that we could achieve some sort of result.
The game wasn't until 15:30, so I spent most of the day hanging around the house trying to find things to do. I did go for a quick walk into town to get a few groceries for dinner tonight, but apart from that, I did nothing productive.
When the game started, the sun was shining, and it was very warm for this time of year. We continued with our recent better form and were ahead 2 -0 by half time. Unfortunately, we weren't able to maintain our momentum, and we ended up losing 3 - 2 with the last goal being scored with the last touch of the game. - maybe next week.
