A few post-rain photographs
This evening (15.9.22), the rain came down at last, Alhamdulillah. There were heavy clouds in the sky for the last couple of days.

Today evening, it was raining, for around 5-10 minutes only. Before it, there was a strong wind for a few minutes as well. After Maghrib prayer, on my way back to the clinic, I captured a few post-rain street photographs.

Chamber updates
On Wednesday, I consulted 37 patients in my chamber, a bit higher number than the previous two days. So, it was a bit busy time in my chamber. In the visa medical section, 33 people came for the check-up.
Recently, we are getting a good number of students in our chamber as patients. Some of them are coming with the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection. Some of them are coming with tummy upset (diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain). Looks like some kind of viral outbreak in the schools.
Physical activity
On the 14th of September, I walked on the treadmill for 20-plus minutes after lunch. After 9 pm (finishing my duty) we went outside. At first to a coffee shop and bought two big shwarmas. Then to a vegetable shop. Then to a grocery store. Then to Lulu hypermarket. Then to a 1-Riyal shop. When we returned, it was over 11 pm. By that time, it was almost 14k steps, Alhamdulillah.
Islamic reminder
I watched two YouTube Lectures recently. Those two are from "The First" series by Dr Umar Suleiman. The lectures were on an incredible story of one of the companions of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He was Salman Al Farsi (Ra). A Persian Zoroastrian teenager preacher from the household of a chief preacher of that time took an incredible journey in the quest for the truth. He went from one Christian scholar to another, then another, then another (total of 4-5 teachers) in the Roman empire. Then on his way to Arab land, he turned into a slave and was handed over from master to master 13 times! Finally, after a journey of 30 plus years for the truth, he was able to meet Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Listen to the lecture. You will be amazed!
