My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2023

Easy morning run testing out my ankle. It is better, but not 100%, and it feels like it might take a while to build some strength and full mobility back into it.

Busy day at work, and I needed to stay back a bit.

Still got an afternoon walk done and spotted a wallaby and a her joey before a leg weight workout.

Warmed up with some body weight squats, then got into 6 sets of 6.
Dead lifts, weighted squats, leg extensions, and finished up with some body weight, single leg squats, and single leg calf raises.
