It's Been Emotional

We have had a lot going down this week as a family, a lot of events needed to play out to get us to a better place.

Honestly it just get's mentally exhausting going through life sometimes.

Mainly because of all the noise of people singing the me me me song or they are trying to scare the crap out you with some crazy going's on.

Has someone that has had to battle mental health issues a long time, it is not surprising to me, that we are seeing a spike in mental health problems especially among the young.

Don't take my word for it do your own research.

We now over the last 2 years they been locking up people for no crime and turning ordinary people into criminals.

Yes do that and we are going to have a mental health problem, even in prisons we have a limited amount of time people should have to be in solitary for a reason.

It is not good for peoples mental health it makes them unwell.

I will tell you what is criminal that the picture above is from the shopping me and my wife did it cost just under £117 because we bought bulk and basically just kept to deals.

This is the thing to survive in this world you got to hustle in every part of your life because they are out to get it all from you.

I am so grateful to be alive and i am not worried what the world throws at us because me and the wife are survivors.

We both come from the streets and unless you have lived there yourself you have no idea what we been through to get this far.

Ever look into ashwaghanda to help with mental stability? It's a natural corosol stabilizer, helps keep a person steady. I'm a pretty laid back person, but still find health benefits from ashwaghanda, I even grew some last year !alive

Thank you buddy it was not the best week but it has ended in clarity and solutions for several people in the family as well as me.

Sometimes we need to go through stuff and this was the perfect test mentally for me.
