I Am Alive Challenge Day 84

Just finished work. It was a pretty stressful day but I made it through. I am getting stronger ever day and glad to be alive.

I led 3 groups in the Psychiatric hospital. The patients appeared to enjoy the groups especially I think because I am a genuine person.

Came home took the dog out. I had a good day and am blessed to be alive.
