Assalamu Alaikum! Jummah Mubarak and Happy Friday. How are you? Hopefully, you are having a fantastic Friday so far. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 19th of May, 2022, Thursday.
On Thursday, I was busy during my clinic hours because of one GP on duty. I consulted 48 patients in my chamber. 17 people came for the visa medical check-up.
On the 19th of May, after having my lunch, I walked on the treadmill for half an hour. It helped me to get 12k plus steps, Alhamdulillah.
It is full summer ☀️ now in Oman. It is quite difficult to walk from one place to another under the sun 🌞. Today after Jummah prayer the temperature was 43°C
I have watched another episode from the series called "Angels in their presence". In this episode, Dr Umar Suleiman talked about Aishah (Ra), the beloved wife of our Prophet Muhammad PBUH. The marriage proposal came from the heaven. Prophet PBUH saw dream where Jibreel (As) told our Prophet PBUH that she would be his wife in this world and in the hereafter.
