On Wednesday, I again focused on getting in at least 10,000 steps for the second day in a row. In an effort, I had to go to the 10th floor of this building and took the stairs up and down, instead of the elevator.
I'm getting in activity where I can, my situation this week does not allow for the usual long morning or evening walks.
But my daughter and I are making it a habit to play a bit of tag in the evening, walk around the block, take some pictures of flowers, and enjoy the last few moments of daylight.
Like yesterday, after I put my daughter to bed I was still only at around 8,600 steps. So again, I paced back and forth and ran in place for around 20 minutes until I hit 10,000. Tomorrow I aim to do more walking mid-day, and hopefully avoid pacing the hallway at night. But, I'm happy I met my Activity goal for the second day in a row and hope to reap max AFIT rewards.
