Alive Chat July 5, 2021 - Starts 13 GMT With Chat Host @flaxz And Co-host @hafiz34 - #AliveAndThriving: How Does It Work With Our Tribe?

So let's start, yesterday we announced the #AliveAndThriving tag and project, and it is a new core project in the tribe alongside the #IAmAliveChallenge and the #LukeIsAlive contest, and those 2 remain and continue to work just like before.

Now #AliveAndThriving is less formal, for both the #IAmAliveChallenge and the #LukeIsAlive contest you have a set format for them, and also a big support structure around them.

The support structure for #AliveAndThriving is the Alive Chat, and that's it, though it will be heavily promoted through our new ebook.

But we will not create an account to curate the #AliveAndThriving tag, like we have with the @iamalivechalleng and @lukeisalive accounts.

But do note that at least the @iamalivechalleng account is only there to add a basic upvote on valid posts for IAAC, not to replace manual curation from tribe members, which is also why we have not added a big delegation to it despite delegating a lot in the Alive Engagement Contest from it, and that is all about spreading out the stake and decentralizing the upvotes on posts.

#AliveAndThriving is therefore going to be decentralized posting and curating from the start, which makes quite a lot of sense since it is much less formal, and more of something that you mature into after having started with the #IAmAliveChallenge and got the hang of things, that way IAAC is also more newbie targeted, learn how to post and grow while having a great support structure for it.

So to conclude this comment, #AliveAndThriving is sharing your journey to thrive in all parts of your life, to not just survive but to live your life to it's fullest, and we have the Alive Chat for questions and also sharing tips on how to grow as a content creator and to grow you income while doing all that.

So, we shouldn't use the #AliveAndThriving tag for all of our I am alive challenge community posts, right?

If that post contains merely about stating that we are alive, we should use the #iamalivechallenge tag.

If it tells about our story of thriving, we can use both tags in a single post?

Yeah as I said the #IAmAliveChallenge will not be changed, #AliveAndThriving is an addition to the tribe, but if it suits your post you can use both.

#AliveAndThriving is very useful for this community. Being alive and surviving is one thing but letting everyone know we are thriving despite all the madness is an even greater positive message to send. Not exactly clear on where we are posting with that hashtag though.

Thanks Lisa, and in this context the thriving is more about the journey than the state, but it's kind of up to the tribe to decide through tribe member upvotes of the content posted with the tag.

I think it's a great idea to use the hashtag #AliveAndThriving to talk about our finances and accomplishments to help others in the community. If I am not mistaken that is the function of this new tag, correct me if I am wrong.

Your journey towards financial freedom is of course part of thriving, and we will focus quite a lot on that in the Alive Chat up ahead once we have worked out a few more details, plus made some changes about the structure of guides and our Hive Community.

But thriving is also much more than just financials as it encompasses all parts of your life, and to share that journey in the tribe.
